Return and Refund Policy

  We want our customers to be happy. Klaang has a simple Return and Refund Policy.

• Returns and warranty are not the same process. 
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. 
• All returns  should be in new condition. Not abused or damaged.
• Damage from shipping is real. If the product was damaged, please take pictures and contact us. 
• Reason for return should be stated. We would like every opportunity to fix or replace any product that fails to meet the customer's expectations.
• Process for return:  Send us a message  from the "Contact Us" section of the website. 
• Refunds are processed after the product is returned. Return shipping is paid by customer and warranty shipping costs are paid by Klaang.
